Please notify the instructor you intend to miss a class BEFORE your absence.
Make up the class in any city on any day at any time during the current session.
No make-up classes in Urbana.
Beginner students may attend Beginner classes only, Advanced Beginner students may attend Beginner or Advanced Beginner classes.

In the event of bad weather recreational programs in the cities of Rockville and Gaithersburg follow Montgomery County schools. Recreational programs in Frederick follow Frederick County schools. If school is closed- we don’t have class!
